Allied Papers began its journey in Mumbai in 2004. Its core business was Import and distribution of speciality paper and it strived to provide ultimate solutions of special grade, copier paper, thermal and carbonless paper in the country. In the year 2007, we established our first manufacturing unit for Thermal, carbonless and Food grade barrier coated products in Palghar, Maharashtra of 400 metric tonne paper coating line per month. We then forward integrated into HOT MELT Label Stock manufacturing in 2017.

This Label coating line in Vasai, Maharashtra is installed with modern hotmelt coating line from UK, it has a combination of Rotating bar and Slot die to provide efficient label stock. The unit also incorporates an online coat weight monitoring system of NDC Technologies along with a high moisture application system to increase adhesive strength.
